Crystal Valley Care Fund of Oceana County in West Michigan is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping low-income individuals and families with medical expenses. The Crystal Valley Care Fund was created in 1992, and has been recognized by both the Hart Area Jaycees and the Hesperia Arcana Masonic Lodge #346 for its award winning community service. Many fundraisers are held throughout the year to raise money for the charity fund, and donations are always accepted.

The arts community in Ludington is growing, thanks in part to the Center for the Arts, located in the downtown region. This historic building is now a venue for art exhibitions, concerts, films, writers' forums, and a gift shop showcasing West Michigan artists. Hours: Tues-Sat noon-5:30pm.
